WHO WE ARE
We are Katherine and Robbie Sheppard and we are the owners and operators of Sheppard’s Helping Hands.
We have both lived and worked in the midlands of South Carolina all of our lives and are thrilled to be able to
bring our brand of care and service into our clients homes.
Sheppard’s Helping Hands was established in response to career and personal family experiences had by the both of us. We saw firsthand the need for affordable, reliable and trustworthy non-medical in home care to be delivered on a personal level. We are a family owned and operated business, so we can offer a more personal approach to our clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. We have certain processes, policies and procedures in place to insure that our clients receive top level care while their families have peace of mind knowing that all is well. We look forward to assisting you or your loved one when the need arises!
We believe that every family in need of non-medical in home care deserves to receive it with the same care and compassion that they would receive from a family member. Here at Sheppard’s Helping Hands, we want to be an extension of the family unit to ensure that your loved one is in the best hands possible.

Robbie Sheppard Bio:
• Insurance agent for 16 years. In those 16 years, assisted clients
with the designing and implementation of LTC (Long Term Care)
policies, as well as, assisted in the claims process. During the claims
process, assisted with review and selection of in home care
agencies, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
• In home care experience (from care to selection of agencies) with
multiple grandparents along with Katherine’s grandmother.
• CSCM (Certified Senior Care Manager) designation
•ﾠ Received CNA certification in Raleigh, N.C.
• Insurance industry for over 9 years as a Life and Long Term Care
specialist assisting clients with the designing and implementation
of LTC (Long Term Care) policies.
• Personally cared for grandmother for over two years
• CSCM (Certified Senior Care Manager) designation
• Actively provides care for clients while operating the agency
• Loving mother of 4 wonderful children
